Online Quran Classes for Kids Quran Academy is committed to providing a positive and flexible learning experience for every student. We understand that family schedules, personal circumstances, or unexpected situations may sometimes require changes to your enrollment. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled, helping parents and students understand the available options before joining our online Quran classes.

Our goal is to be transparent, fair, and supportive. Whenever possible, we first try to resolve concerns by adjusting class schedules, arranging a replacement tutor, or providing other suitable solutions before processing a refund. Three Free Trial Classes

We proudly offer three free trial classes to every new student. These trial lessons allow students and parents to experience our teaching methods, meet a qualified Quran tutor, and determine whether our academy is the right choice before making any payment.

During the free trial period, parents can evaluate the tutor’s teaching style, lesson quality, communication, and overall learning experience without any financial commitment.

Participation in the free trial does not create a paid enrollment. Students become officially enrolled only after they choose to continue their Quran learning and complete the registration process.

Enrollment and Payments

Once the free trial classes are completed and you decide to continue learning with our academy, your enrollment will begin after the applicable course fee has been received.

We encourage parents to carefully review their selected course, preferred schedule, and learning requirements before confirming enrollment. Our team is always available to answer questions and help you choose the most suitable learning plan for your child or yourself.

This Refund Policy applies only to paid enrollments and does not apply to the complimentary trial classes.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances may change after enrollment. If you decide to discontinue your classes, you may contact our support team to request a refund.

Refund requests are reviewed individually to ensure a fair outcome for both the student and the academy. Once a request is received, we will carefully review your enrollment, attendance record, and any remaining prepaid classes before determining the eligible refund amount.

Refund for Unused Classes

We believe that our refund process should be fair for both families and the academy. If a student decides to discontinue classes after enrollment, a refund may be available for the unused prepaid classes.

The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of classes that have not yet been attended. Any lessons that have already been completed or delivered cannot be refunded because the educational service has already been provided.

Before a refund is processed, our support team will review the student’s enrollment details, attendance record, and remaining scheduled classes to determine the eligible refund amount. This process helps ensure that every request is handled accurately and fairly.

Tutor Replacement Before a Refund

Student satisfaction is one of our highest priorities. If a parent or student is not completely satisfied with the assigned Quran tutor, we encourage them to contact our support team before requesting a refund.

In many cases, concerns can be resolved by assigning another qualified tutor whose teaching style better matches the student’s learning needs. We understand that every student learns differently, and finding the right tutor can make a significant difference in the overall learning experience.

Temporary Class Hold

We understand that families may occasionally need to pause Quran classes because of travel, school examinations, medical situations, family commitments, or other unexpected circumstances.

Instead of immediately canceling enrollment, parents may request to place classes on temporary hold. When approved, the remaining prepaid classes may be scheduled for a later date based on tutor availability and mutual agreement.

We encourage parents to inform us as early as possible whenever a temporary break is needed. Early communication allows our team to make suitable scheduling arrangements and helps avoid unnecessary interruptions to the student’s learning journey.

Academy Cancellation or Service Interruption

Although we make every effort to provide uninterrupted Quran education, there may be rare situations where classes cannot continue as planned because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If the academy is unable to continue providing the agreed educational services for an extended period and a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, parents may choose one of the following options:

  • Continue classes with another qualified tutor.
  • Reschedule the remaining lessons.
  • Receive a refund for the unused prepaid classes, where applicable.

Our goal is always to find the most practical solution that supports the student’s learning while treating every family fairly.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that some situations cannot be predicted or avoided. Serious medical conditions, family emergencies, natural disasters, extended internet outages, or other exceptional circumstances may affect a student’s ability to continue classes.

In such cases, we encourage parents to contact our support team as soon as reasonably possible. Every request will be reviewed individually, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide a fair solution based on the specific circumstances.

Depending on the situation, available options may include:

  • Temporary suspension of classes.
  • Rescheduling future lessons.
  • Tutor replacement.
  • A refund for eligible unused prepaid classes.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request has been received, our support team will review the request and verify the student’s enrollment details, payment records, and the number of unused prepaid classes.

If the refund request is approved, the refund will normally be processed within 5 to 15 business days. The exact processing time may vary depending on the payment method, financial institution, or payment service provider used during enrollment.

Refunds will generally be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction whenever possible. If this is not feasible, our team will discuss an alternative refund method with the parent or student.
